Youth Poll 2011 Terms and Conditions
Entry Instructions
To enter visit www.youthpoll.org.au and complete the survey. After completing the survey, enter your details when prompted for entry into the prize draw.
PRIVACY
Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its services to the entrant. The PI of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected PI that is still held.
Who is the promoter?
The promoter is the Australian Democrats (ABN 67 983 687 956)
Who May Enter?
People aged between 15 and 19 years of age are eligible to enter. However, members of an executive of the Australian Democrats (national, divisions and branches) are excluded.
DRAW TO DETERMINE WINNERS
1.10A Entry to draw Draw opens on October 31st 2011.
1.10B Entry to Draw closes on January 31st.
1.10C The winner will be drawn on February 5th.
1.10D The winner will be published on www.youthpoll.org.au on February 6th.

The winner will be notified by phone and email on February 5th.
The draw will take place at 20 Langley Street, Warrnambool, Victoria 3280 at 17:00 (5:00PM)
Redraw:
In the event that the original winner can not be contacted, after the expiration of three months time redraw will be held.
The redraw will take place on May 15th 2012 at 20 Langley Street, Warrnambool, Victoria, 3280 17:00 (5:00PM)
The subsequent winner will be notified by phone and email on May 15th.
Prize Value:
The winner will receive an iPod touch 32GB valued at $350.
